Shaanxi Daqin Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Daqin Aluminum) was established in 2006 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The factory is located in Tongchuan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of 110 mu and a total investment of 0.5 billion yuan. It was completed and put into operation in February 2016. In 2014, it passed the ISO9001 quality system certification, in November 2016, it passed the national military standard quality management system certification, and obtained the qualification of military enterprise. In December 2016, it became a national high-tech enterprise. In October 2018, it passed the AS9100D aviation quality management system certification. In January 2019, it obtained the pollutant discharge permit uniformly issued by the state, and passed the IATF16949 automobile quality management system certification in June 2019, and has the qualification to produce military, aviation and automobile materials. It has been successively rated as a specialized and special new small and medium-sized enterprise in Shaanxi Province, a gazelle enterprise in Shaanxi Province, a quality innovation award in Tongchuan City and a hidden champion cultivation warehouse-in-store enterprise in Shaanxi Province.

The company has an annual output of 100000 tons of high-quality wrought aluminum alloy ingot production line, which can produce 1-8 series of wrought aluminum alloy round ingots and plate ingots of different brands and specifications, with an annual output value of 1.6-2 billion yuan. the products are used in aerospace, aviation, military, shipbuilding, rail transit, automobile, industrial manufacturing and other fields. The company has newly built a third aluminum alloy ingot production line with a total investment of 53 million yuan. The casting equipment and technology are imported from the United States. It mainly produces 2 and 7 series aviation grade superhard aluminum alloy ingots. It can produce 2 and 7 series aluminum alloy round ingots and plate ingots with higher yield, better organizational structure and process performance, which can promote and improve the localization of hard alloy materials and increase operating income by 0.6 billion yuan.

Daqin Aluminum adheres to the principle of people-oriented and technology-oriented, and has cultivated a professional casting technical team with low hydrogen content in the core technical indicators of the product. The company attaches importance to technological innovation and has signed an exclusive technical cooperation agreement with Central South University to ensure its technological advantages. Up to now, the company has obtained 38 utility model patents, 1 invention patent, 1 registered trademark, and 6 invention patents are waiting for authorization.
