(I) new employee care

Where there are new employees, the person in charge of the department/workshop must introduce the working environment, work content, colleagues working together, etc.; timely understand the working conditions and living conditions after entering the post, and give them caring guidance.

(II) care about employees' physical and mental health

Organize regular physical examination of employees, make health prompt cards for abnormal items found in physical examination, and carry out a series of activities conducive to health, such as in 2023, reward 1000 yuan for employees who run 200 kilometers, reward 1000 yuan for employees who successfully quit smoking, reward 500 yuan for employees who are not infected with the new crown, etc.

(III) Festival Care

Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, Winter Solstice, Spring Festival and other festivals, the company sends greetings to employees in the form of gifts or holiday fees.
